About me

I am a naturally curious person, driven by challenges and achieving new goals.

While studying, I was already drawn into the world of business, working with people, teams and organizations. In my 20-year journey through large companies (such as T-Mobile, Pilsner Urqell or VIG CZ), I have experienced success and learning in roles ranging from salesperson to leader setting the direction of an entire corporate development department.

I enjoy trying new things and gradually passing on this experience. I'm fascinated by helping professions, so I bring my help and experience into business. I have done a lot of business, management and psychoanalytical training. I am a consultant, promoter of innovative methodologies, facilitator, coach, scrummaster and enjoy finding simplicity, effectiveness and new ways to succeed.

Like many, I'm dealing with enough time for family, hobbies and the search for meaning, but I'm happy to find space for a good discussion with you.

And maybe sometimes we will meet in the mountains, on a bike, or while running.

Why do I do this?

I have experienced hundreds of meetings, workshops, working groups and I have led many of them. In addition to the information and experience imparted, I often took away a strange feeling of exhaustion, uselessness, misunderstanding. Then there were emails with minutes that needed to be taken and then face-to-face meetings and phone calls to fine-tune further strategies.

As the strange feeling came more and more often, I was pretty clear - I hate "creating" without a reason/purpose or target audience, inefficiency and wasting time. I took incremental steps to change - in myself, in my team and eventually in the company.

It has brought new ways of working together, new instruments, new agreements and new challenges. And the strange feeling was gone (most of the time, anyway). As a bonus, other realities started to emerge - higher team performance, higher engagement, autonomy and satisfaction. 

I reveal the beauty of change, setting up systems and procedures that make it safe to experiment. This brings sustainable growth, success and fun.

It makes sense to me and I want to see powerful, autonomous teams and successful companies around me where creating and collaborating is also fun. Not to build breakwaters, but to get better at surfing and finding the right waves.

To simplify the description of how our collaboration can work, I use the OODA framework.

  1. we will meet and analyze the status, the requirement, the need, the reality and everything that will be essential.
  2. we will orient ourselves in the environment of your company, project, team and go through the experience so far.
  3. we will decide what path to take - defining the strategy, vision, goal and team.
  4. we will get to work / change /development...

The OODA framework works like an infinite loop, so we will continuously go through these four points over and over again to deliver the best possible result together.
